What links work here

NoBsDL works with links from supported sites — paste a public video's shareable link and it looks up what's actually available to download. Not every link will work: private accounts, login-only content, expired links, and sites we don't yet support won't return a result. If a link fails, you'll see why instead of a spinner that never ends.

Want a task built specifically for one platform? Use the YouTube downloader, YouTube to MP3, or the YouTube playlist tool directly — they cover platform-specific details this general tool doesn't spell out.

MP4 or MP3 — pick what you actually need

Choose MP4 if you want the video. Choose MP3 if you only want the audio — useful for music, talks, or podcasts pulled from video. What's actually available depends on the source: some links only expose a subset of formats, and NoBsDL shows you what's real rather than a fixed menu.

Quality and size

Video quality follows the source — NoBsDL doesn't upscale or invent resolution that isn't there. Free downloads are capped at a file size (shown at download time); Supporter access raises that ceiling. If a file is larger than your current limit, you'll see that clearly instead of a failed download with no explanation.

What's free, what needs more

Single downloads work without creating an account. Supporter access unlocks playlist ZIP export and higher size/quality ceilings. There's no signup wall in front of a basic download.

How it works

NoBsDL looks up what formats a link actually offers, lets you choose one, and hands you the file — it doesn't reprocess or "enhance" the source. Read the full breakdown on how it works.

No popups. No forced redirects. No fake download buttons. Just download.

That's the whole interaction promise. Normal functional links (like a "next step" button that actually does something) aren't the same as a fake button designed to trick you into clicking an ad. Read more on the no-popups guide.
