How to download a YouTube playlist
Preview, select, choose a format, and export as ZIP — here's the full sequence.
The sequence
- Paste the playlist link (a URL containing
list=) into the playlist tool. - NoBsDL loads a preview of the tracks — free access shows up to 12, Supporter access shows up to 100.
- Choose MP3 or MP4 for your export.
- Select the specific tracks you want (up to 15 per export job).
- Start the export. NoBsDL builds a single ZIP containing your selected tracks.
Preview vs. export
Preview is free and lets you see what's in the playlist before committing to anything. Turning a selection into an actual downloadable ZIP is a Supporter feature — that's the step that requires access beyond the free tier, not the preview itself.
When a track isn't available
If a track in your selection turns out to be private, deleted, or otherwise unavailable, NoBsDL leaves it out of the ZIP and tells you which ones were skipped, rather than failing the whole export or silently shipping an incomplete file with no explanation.
What's inside the ZIP
Your selected tracks, in your chosen format, generally following the playlist's original order. If you're on mobile, most phones can open a ZIP directly from the downloads/files app to extract the individual tracks — check your device's file manager if you're not sure how.
